DBNHS Revolving Loan Program


Purpose: Low interest loans to resident homeowners for housing renovation.

Eligibility:
* Residence: Applicants must own the property and it must be their principal place of residence.
* Income Limit: See income limits table.
* Property Maximum: Up to four (4) units.

Loan Terms: Monthly payment based on income and rehab loan amount.
