Services

The Eastside Revolving Loan Fund program is administered by DBNHS and available to households whose gross income from all sources is 80% or less of the median income for the Twin Cities metropolitan area. See income limits table below.  Sources include wages, assistance, pensions, etc. The amount is adjusted for family size and is changed annually to reflect current income levels. Income limits for the MHFA Rehab Loan program are set by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, who provide funding for this program. Household income limits apply.
